Transaction STUCK

I made a transaction from my wallet to latoken … it is pending but i am waiting for weeks now:

Tokens are frozen for a month. You sent reserve tokens correct? not liquid tokens?
I am frustrated by this as well. It is a built in mechanic with BAY.

First i tried to send the liquid tokens … this transaction got canceled and all my bay got transformed to reserve tokens … but that is not the point! my transaction still needs confirmations … it is over a month now … and i still see it in my wallet … it is a joke! really

and worst of it all … the support did not answer … they just ignore me - AWESOME!

I have a few support threads on this site with zero answers from them. You are absolutely right, this is frustrating. It makes me want to sell every coin I have and leave this project. I even have a support question asking how to do that since it seems impossible to sell even one coin at the listed price. Everyone seems forced to sell at the BAYR price which is fractions of what BAY is.

@support needs to either take the community seriously or they will lose everything
