what will i do ?

You can move your BAY off of Bittrex and to one of these wallets:

Hey, I have a question,

I downloaded the Desktop wallet, then i have created an address and send all my BAY from Bittrex to this address. But the wallet is still showing me 0, whats the problem ?

Hi,

Has your issue been resolved? If not, try checking the sync bar at the bottom of the Wallet window, it must be at 100% before your balance will show.

In the meantime, you can paste your address in here to make sure the tx went through: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bay/.
