My system has the following specifications

QT Wallet, Client Wallet (and version) or Web wallet: Web wallet
Operating System and version: win10
If web wallet browser name and version: chrome ver.77 and ie11
If desktop wallet (Qt or Client) block # of your client and # of connections:

The problem I am having is …

i can’t send bitbay other wallet.
If I try to send bay to another wallet, result is “TX rejected”

Hi,

The “tx rejected” error is commonly due to sending a payment with too small of a fee. Can you please try sending it again, and make sure that the fee is not less than .02 BAY? Let me know if that works.

I try to send 1000 bay and set 1 bay fee.
But, result is same.

By September, withdrawals were normal.
I sent bitbay to novaexchange and withdraw is ok.
Around October, due to the end of novaexchange,
I deposited from novaexchange into my web wallet.
And now I have a problem withdrawing in web wallet.
help me please.

Hey I am checking your transaction I’m just syncing. It might just be something with one of the web nodes which we might have to update. I will know by tomorrow. No matter what, you can always import the web wallets private key into the QT client if you are in a rush to move the coins. You can see all of that info on the backup page.

Oh hey it was slow to sync and then I had to change hotels. Im travelling right now. However I should know this week. Like I said if its urgent you can import the private key into the QT wallet. Thanks for your patience.

Haha yeah it took me a while to sync since I was using a different laptop to check the transaction. Okay well I can check it manually and check our nodes manually. Thanks for your patience glad to see it is sorted out. You could probably log back into the web wallet to see if balance updated that would also tell us if we were out of sync.
