What's BitHalo's relation to BitBay

Seems BitHalo is also done by David Zimbeck.

Is BitHalo a protocol that BitHalo the marketplace and BitBay the marketplace both implements?

Bithalo is the name of the peer to peer technology that David Zimbeck created. He initially did it for Bitcoin but now it is done for Bitbay because Bitbay as a crypto-currency is far better than Bitcoin as it uses Proof of Stake 3.0 while Bitcoin is using Proof of Work and also Bitbay will benefit from a dynamic peg which will bring stability to the price!

Thanks. Does it mean David will put more resources here than BitHalo and BlackHalo, or the three of them will share some developments?

David is now fully committed to Bitbay so all the innovations will solely go to Bitbay!
