Please note: If you have a multi-sig account (two private keys), those keys can only be imported into the Markets Client, as the QT wallet import only works for single private key addresses.
First, you must download and install the latest version of the BitBay Markets Client, which can be found here:
https://bitbay.market/downloads
Once you are running the current version and it is synced 100%, you can then start the import process.
This process consists creating two separate text files, named “key1” and “key2”. These will manually be created from the two private keys within your multi-sig web/mobile wallet account. Any plain text editor program can be used, such as Notepad or Sublime etc.
- Go to the web wallet, located at https://wallet.bitbay.market, and enter your login information.
Once logged in, go to the “receive” tab, where you will find both public keys in order.
You will find both private keys within the “backup” tab. You will need these for the following steps.

Create a plain text file (using notepade or sublime etc.) and name it “key1.private”.

Copy and paste the following into the first line of the text file:
DO NOT LOSE, ALTER OR SHARE THIS FILE - WITHOUT THIS FILE, YOUR MONEY IS AT RISK. BACK UP! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! -
Copy and paste the public key #1 into the second line: (for example)
033ce3e76c0e9b8130fee9eeef610e76fa6b1f3bade8f342aeafbb449d00e0638f -
Copy and paste the public key #2 into the third line: (for example)
031bb41bdb765e6effb99599a4733da80ad0c9b75d2bb2855f9943e478e7882f45 -
Copy and paste your private key #1 into the fourth line. It should be in this format:
“KEY: PidYnxHrb8aj1y62hkbLY8aVUFzyFZY8kKLZBrYbzu23MtwHYRZx”
Once created, make a few copies of this file and save them in secure locations!

Create a second plain text file (using notepade or sublime etc.) and name it “key2.private”.

Copy and paste the following into the first line of the text file:
DO NOT LOSE, ALTER OR SHARE THIS FILE - WITHOUT THIS FILE, YOUR MONEY IS AT RISK. BACK UP! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! -
Copy and paste the public key #2 into the second line: (for example)
031bb41bdb765e6effb99599a4733da80ad0c9b75d2bb2855f9943e478e7882f45 -
Copy and paste the public key #1 into the third line: (for example)
033ce3e76c0e9b8130fee9eeef610e76fa6b1f3bade8f342aeafbb449d00e0638f -
Copy and paste your private key #2 into the fourth line. It should be in this format:
“KEY: e1c2ef63ff737da551d143fa575eaaff0f5f391dd77c270edd3b40e7”
Once created, make a few copies of this file and save them in secure locations!
In summary, you will end up with two private key text files that look like this:
key1.private
Line 1: DO NOT LOSE, ALTER OR SHARE THIS FILE - WITHOUT THIS FILE, YOUR MONEY IS AT RISK. BACK UP! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Line 2: Public key #1
Line 3: Public Key #2
Line 4: Private key #1

Line 2: Public key #2

Once these are created, you can attempt to load these keys into the client.
If successfully loaded, your web wallet address will now be visible on the client dashboard.
Please note: If your full balance does not show up, click the “rescan” button at the bottom of the dashboard. Once it finishes, you should be able to spend the coins.
